BISMARCK, North Dakota, July 31 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news:
Gov. Doug Burgum and Lt. Gov. Brent Sanford applauded today's vote by Great River Energy's member cooperatives to approve the sale of Coal Creek Station near Underwood to Rainbow Energy Center LLC.
