HILL AFB, Utah, July 16 -- The U.S. Air Force Hill Air Force Base (75th Air Base Wing) issued the following news on July 15, 2021:

Brig. Gen. Richard Gibbs became the new Ogden Air Logistics Complex commander at Hill during a change of command ceremony July 15.
In his welcome speech, Gibbs said he's "thrilled" to be at the ALC and "grateful for the opportunity to command such an amazing group of people."
