CHARLESTON, West Virginia, July 9 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following order (Case No. 21-0498-COAL-SC-GI):
LEXINGTON COAL COMPANY, LLC, coal shipper, Milton, Cabell County, Proceeding that requires coal shipper to show cause why the Commission should not investigate delinquent tonnage fees and whether administrative penalties, costs, or fees should be imposed.
