CHICAGO, Illinois, June 24 (TNSPol) -- Earthjustice issued the following news release on June 23, 2021:
Yesterday, the State of Illinois and Dynegy Midwest Generation reached an interim agreement regarding violations of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act at the Vermilion Power Station.
