DENVER, Colorado, June 12 (TNSPol) -- Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility issued the following news release:
The Pawnee coal power plant is not in compliance with National Ambient Air Quality Standards for sulfur dioxide (SO2), a coalition of environmental groups charge.
