CHICAGO, Illinois, May 20 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on May 18, 2021:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that Rural Action Inc. in Ohio will receive $300,000 in Brownfields funding. through its Multipurpose, Assessment, and Cleanup (MAC) Grants. Funds will be used to conduct environmental investigations and cleanup planning at abandoned mine sites in Perry County.
