WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio, April 10 -- The U.S. Air Force (88th Air Base Wing) issued the following news:
The F-117 Nighthawk will be the third historical aircraft featured in the History & Heritage Race Series, powered by the Air Force Marathon, beginning May 1.
"The F-117 Nighthawk remains one of the most notable aircraft in U.S. Air Force history for its numerous aerospace-technology breakthroughs," said Brandon Hough, the Air Force Marathon director. . . .
