WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio, March 8 -- The U.S. Air Force (88th Air Base Wing) issued the following news:
Col. Patrick Miller, 88th Air Base Wing and installation commander, has launched a new strategic plan for the Wing.
Under this new plan, Miller initiated an effort to update the Wing's mission, vision and lines of effort, as well as developed organizational values and characteristics/traits.
