Today, U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) announced that the Senate-passed FY 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) conference report includes $35 million for an Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The ERCIP funds projects that improve the energy resilience and energy and water efficiency at DOD installations.
