WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio, Oct. 3 -- The U.S. Air Force Wright-Patterson Air Force Base issued the following news:
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base has gained a new veterinary branch chief, and she is well acquainted with her primary mission - overseeing the complete veterinary care of the base's seven military working dogs.
After all, Capt. (Dr.) Casey Barwell owns a retired MWD, Suzy, a 12-year-old all-black German Shepherd who retired from Malmstrom AFB, Montana . . .
