The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's B-2 Program Office was recently recognized with the 2019 Dr. James G. Roche Sustainment Excellence Award, as well as the 2019 David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award.
Named after the 20th Secretary of the Air Force, who served from 2001 to 2005, the Roche Award is given to the Air Force aircraft program . . .
