SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Illinois, Aug. 20 -- The U.S. Air Force issued the following news:
Maj. Gen. Kenneth T. Bibb Jr. took command of the Eighteenth Air Force during a change of command ceremony Aug. 18, at Scott Air Force Base.
