DAYTON, Ohio, July 29 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, David DeVillers, issued the following news release:
The United States entered into a $1 million Settlement Agreement with a global oil and fuel analysis instruments company that was awarded three contracts through the United States Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.
