U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) applauded the Senate passage of the FY 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which includes his bipartisan amendment to support cybersecurity initiatives between the Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. academic institutions.
