U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) praised the Senate passage of the FY 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which includes language enabling United States Military Museums to accept gifts of real property that have a specific name attached to the donation. The legislation will now need to be conferenced with the version passed by the House of Representatives.
