WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio, April 29 -- The U.S. Air Force (88th Air Base Wing) issued the following news:
The 788th Civil Engineer Squadron's fire department was elated to finally receive the news they had been waiting to hear; approval for a new fire station.
On the wish list since 2010, the plan is to replace the antiquated and outdated Fire Station 2 located on the west ramp of the flight line in Area A.
