WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio, March 27 -- The U.S. Air Force issued the following news:
"Effective immediately and until further notice, the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base recycling center will be implementing the following new pick-up procedures," according to Raymond F.
