WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio, Feb. 26 -- The U.S. Air Force issued the following news:
Using the traditional heart-shaped candy with messages, the 88th Air Base Wing's Family Advocacy Program gave a presentation at the Prairies Youth Center Feb. 13 about teen dating violence, and it provided a perfect example of how different people receive different meanings from a single message.
