This week, Reps. Annie Kuster (D-NH), Jackie Speier (D-CA), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), and Alma S. Adams (D-NC) reintroduced the Hold Accountable and Lend Transparency (HALT) on Campus Sexual Violence Act, a bipartisan bill with 32 cosponsors.
