WASHINGTON, May 9 -- The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule (14 CFR Part 71), published in the Federal Register on May 8, entitled: "Proposed Amendment of Class D and Class E Airspace, Revocation of Class E Airspace, and Establishment of Class E Airspace; Multiple Ohio Towns".
The proposed rule was issued by Steven T. Phillips, Acting Manager, Operations Support Group, ATO Central Service Center.
DATES: Comments must be received on or before June 22, 2020.
