FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 25 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted partial confidential protection to Duke Energy Kentucky for certain data filed in its rate adjustment case (Case No. 2022-00372). Duke Kentucky had requested a 20-year confidentiality period for information provided in response to a request from the Sierra Club.
