WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed the application of Marion Education Exchange (MEE) for a new low-power FM (LPFM) radio station in Marion, Ohio, and granted the application of My Community Church (MCC). The decision, released February 5, 2025, follows a dispute over MEE's proposed antenna site.
MEE's application, filed during the 2023 LPFM filing window, initially listed an antenna site owned by The Central Ohio Association of Christian Broadcaster
