WHEELING, West Virginia, Jan. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Jan. 29, 2025: David Lamont Hicks, age 48, of Steubenville, Ohio, was sentenced today to 81 months in federal prison for the distribution of methamphetamine.
