WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release: CHICAGO (Dec. 20, 2024) - U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has announced a public comment period regarding a proposed settlement with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources addressing the property located at 1800 Channahon Road in Joliet, Illinois, to be used in the Brandon Road Interbasin Project. Ill. U.S. Attorney: Dentist Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison for Stealing Drugs From Patients and Performing Surgery Without Proper Pain Management
SPRINGFIELD, Illinois, Dec. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of Illinois issued the following news release: A Rochester, Illinois, dentist, Phillip M. Jensen, 64, was sentenced on December 18, 2024, to 15 years in prison for stealing fentanyl from his patients, injecting them with adulterated drugs, and performing surgery without proper pain management.
