WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release: Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a settlement with Beckart Environmental, Inc., of Kenosha, Wisconsin, for allegedly selling and distributing unregistered pesticide products in violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
