Mont. Gov. Gianforte Contributes Salary to Pregnancy Support Center
SIDNEY, Montana, Dec. 13 -- Gov. Greg Gianforte, R-Montana, issued the following news release on Dec. 12, 2024:
On the ninth day of his 12 Days of Giving campaign, Governor Greg Gianforte today contributed a quarter of his annual salary to Sunrise Women's Clinic, a pregnancy support center serving eastern Montana.
In October 2020, the governor committed to Montanans he would contribute his salary as governor to nonprofit organizations and charities in the state.

Wyo. Gov. Gordon: Wyoming Sues Bureau of Land Management to Protect Coal Leasing in Powder River Basin
CHEYENNE, Wyoming, Dec. 13 -- Gov. Mark Gordon, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release on Dec. 12, 2024:
Governor Mark Gordon announced today that Wyoming and Montana have filed suit against the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Buffalo Resource Management Plan Amendment (RMPA) that ends new federal coal leasing in the Powder River Basin.
