Glenn Grothman, R-Wisconsin, issued the following news release: Congressman Glenn Grothman (R-WI) and Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) have co- introduced the Ending Racism in Government Contracting Act, a bill designed to eliminate race-based quotas, mandates, and preferences in federal contracting.
