ATLANTA, Georgia, Nov. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia issued the following news release: Heleonel Gonzalez has pleaded guilty to bank fraud for orchestrating a $6 million scheme to defraud Peach State Federal Credit Union. "Gonzalez devised a lucrative scheme cloaked in fraud and deception to steal loan proceeds from Peach State Federal Credit Union for his personal gain," said U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Buchanan.
