ELIZABETH CITY, North Carolina, Oct. 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina issued the following news release: Maximino Sandoval Penaloza, a 44-year-old resident of Winston-Salem, has been sentenced to 210 months in prison for the distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine in the Wilmington area.
