JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Oct. 17 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Jacksonville District issued the following news release: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District announced three additional counties now eligible for the Operation Blue Roof Program. The new counties include Flagler, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties.
