WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Defense issued the following news release: ARMY Callan Marine Limited, Galveston, Texas, was awarded a $104,974,200 firm-fixed-price contract for Brazos Island Harbor channel deepening. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Brownsville, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 28, 2026.
