RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas, July 11 -- Arkansas Tech University issued the following news: Arkansas Tech University will host a presidential inauguration ceremony for its 13th president, Dr. Russell Jones, on Friday, Oct. 11, at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville.
