ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, June 29 -- The Maryland Democratic Party issued the following news:
Republican Larry Hogan "wag[ed] a war on Baltimore" by canceling the Red Line, a "top priority" for city officials that at the time was estimated to create 13,000 new jobs and stimulate $6.5 billion in economic development in Baltimore, especially in its black neighborhoods.
