LOVELAND, Colorado, Feb. 7 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation issued the following news release on Feb. 6, 2024: Repairs to a concrete structure in the afterbay at Pole Hill Powerplant, west of Carter Lake in Larimer County, will occur from January through March 2024.
