LOUIS, Missouri, July 19 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-St. Louis District issued the following news release: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District will provide two opportunities for the public to tour the Motor Vessel MISSISSIPPI at no cost while it is in the region.
