WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio, Feb. 11 -- The U.S. Air Force Wright-Patterson Air Force Base issued the following news: A conversation with Winston Ferguson's eighth-grade daughter led to an entire school's observance of Black History Month being upgraded. WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio, Feb. 11 -- The U.S. Air Force Wright-Patterson Air Force Base issued the following news: The Tax Center will begin providing income tax-preparation services to eligible members of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base community on Feb. 16.
