Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on Nov. 5: Today, U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of an expansion for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), which is located on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
