WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio, June 20 -- The U.S. Air Force Wright-Patterson Air Force Base issued the following news: With the introduction of the permanent change of station season, Airmen should know their rights. Service members' rights are protected by the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, a law designed to ease financial burdens on service members during periods of military service. SCRA is a federal law that provides protections for military members as they enter active duty and continues  more
